Walkers Ridge is a subdivision in Rock Hill where new ownership necessitated a reconfiguration of lot lines and utilities. The City has accepted a new subdivision plan and right of way layout which meet City standards. City staff and the City attorney recommend adoption of this ordinance in order to abandon the incorrect utility easement locations.
