Consider a resolution adopting the City of Rock Hill Personnel Resolution.  

Body

The Personnel Resolution has been amended to clarify and revise the personnel policy.  The amendments reflected in the 2012 Personnel Resolution were reviewed with the City Council at the April 26, 2012 budget workshop.  A copy of the proposed changes to the resolution is attached.
