An ordinance to provide for the disposition by sale of property located near West White Street and North Wilson Street, Rock Hill, South Carolina by the City of Rock Hill to CPG Properties, LLC.

There is a very small tract of land (0.059 acres) which the City acquired as part of the RHPF Bleachery acquisition. This tract has been utilized for some years by the adjoining property owner (CPG Properties, LLC) for a Springs Creative distribution center. Springs has requested that the City transfer this tract in order to remedy the long standing encroachment and also for economic development purposes. This tract is not needed by the City for the future development of the Bleachery site. Springs is willing to take care of all expenses related to the transfer. City Management recommends adoption of this Ordinance in order to facilitate this transfer.
