Second reading and adoption of an Ordinance to provide for the disposition of right of way easement located along Charlotte Avenue by the City of Rock Hill to Duke Energy Carolinas, LLC.

Duke Energy and the City are working together to place a transmission pole on City property to facilitate the completion of upgrade work on the Charlotte Avenue electric substation. City staff recommends adoption of this ordinance in order to facilitate the project.
