Body

The applicant is requesting the rezoning in order to allow a barber shop to occupy the existing commercial building at 736 Crawford Road and to allow for the possibility of a future family life center at 810 Crawford Road as a Special Exception.  The Planning Commission recommended approval of the rezoning at their June 5 meeting.  See attached staff report for more information.
