EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
Construction on the new Entrance Road/Corporate Taxilane has been completed.
The attached ground leases are for two hangars in the newly completed corporate complex; lease negotiations have been ongoing since September 10. The two hangars will be the first of six to be located in the complex. The attached leases have been considered by the Airport Commission and have the approval of the City Manager and City Attorney. Staff recommends that the leases be approved by the City Council.
