Title

An ordinance to amend the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Rock Hill Code by making certain changes in the official zoning map affecting approximately 45 acres located on Eastview Road from Rural Development-I (RUD-I) to Rurual Holding (RH).  (Case #M-2011-02)

Body

This ordinance will enact the RH zoning for the proposed York Preparatory Academy site at The Gates on Eastview Rd. as recommended by the Planning Commission.  The permitted and conditional uses under the RH zoning category include single family detached dwellings, in-home daycare (up to 6 persons), schools, arboretum or botanical gardens, golf courses, parks, public squares, agricultural and equine stables.
