Body

The applicant is requesting the annexation and rezoning in order to facilitate the development of a new building for the Legion Post.  Due to the schedule for this item, the City Council agenda package was prepared prior to the January 3 Planning Commission meeting.  The Commission's recommendation will be provided at the January 9 City Council meeting.  See attached staff report for more information.
