The Finance Department has received the Certificate of Achievement for Excellence in Financial Reporting for fiscal year ended June 30, 2010 from the Government Finance Officers Association of the United States and Canada (GFOA). The award is the highest form of recognition in governmental accounting and financial reporting and represents a significant achievement by the City of Rock Hill.
