Title

An ordinance authorizing the City of Rock Hill, South Carolina, to execute and deliver an Equipment Lease Purchase Agreement, 2011, in the amount of not exceeding $2,050,000 between the City and the lessor thereof to defray the cost of acquiring certain equipment; and other matters relating thereto.

Body

This ordinance provides for the lease purchase financing of new and replacement vehicles and equipment budgeted for Fiscal Year 2012.  The equipment is included in the current budget and totals $2,030,800. This amount funds 31 replacement vehicles and one new vehicle  (for the newly approved position in the Sewer Fund). Pertinent information is attached for your review.
