Two hangars have been constructed adjacent to the new Corporate Taxilane. The attached is a ground lease for a third hangar which will complete one-half of the corporate hangar complex that will ultimately accommodate six hangars. Lease negotiations have been ongoing since August 12. The attached lease has been reviewed by the Airport Commission and has the approval of then City Manager Carey Smith and the City Attorney. Recommendation is for lease approval by the City Council.
