Body

During recent months, the City has held meetings with the development and business community to gain a better understanding of their needs during this time of national economic hardship.  Those needs are very different today than they were just a few years ago. In one effort to respond to those needs, the attached Zoning Ordinance amendments are proposed regarding a) temporary signs, b) nonconformities, and c) the site plan review process for projects in business parks.  The Planning Commission recommended approval at their August meeting.  See attached staff report for more information.
