An ordinance to amend Chapter 28, Trees, of the Code of the City of Rock Hill concerning Tree Commission.

The Rock Hill Tree Commission is requesting that the limit on consecutive terms served by Tree Commission members (3 terms) be eliminated from the City Code. This change would enable members who have served 3 consecutive terms and wish to continue serving on the Tree Commission to be reappointed, rather than being required to go off the Tree Commission.
