An ordinance to amend Appendix A, Fee Schedule, of the Code of the City of Rock Hill concerning Water Rates. 

Body

This ordinance will raise Water Rates 5% to fund capital projects in our utilities system.  This increase is the last Water Rate Increase in our Capital Projects plan that was first proposed in 2006. Staff recommends approval of this item.
