Consider second reading and adoption of an ordinance to approve the Development Agreement between the City of Rock Hill and The Greens of Rock Hill, LLC related to the Riverwalk Development and authorizing certain city officials to execute and deliver the Development Agreement. 

Body

Changes have been made in the Development Agreement since first reading to ensure consistency with the Public Amenities Plan for Riverwalk and with the Financing Agreement.  A red-lined version showing changes is provided in the City Council package.  Council is requested to approve the Development Agreement.
