Consider adoption of Strategic Planning focus areas, goals, objectives, and performance measures.

After reviewing feedback gained from the January City Council Strategic Planning Retreat and citizen feedback gained from the citizen survey and citizen focus groups, the following three focus areas were established for the fiscal year 2013 through 2015 Strategic Planning period: Quality Services, Quality Places, and Quality Community.City Council has reviewed the goals, objectives, and performance measures associated with the focus areas. Staff recommends approval of the fiscal year 2013 through 2015 Strategic Planning elements.
