As part of our annual C-fund Paving projects that has been approved by York County, staff solicited bids from qualified contractor in effort to secure the most responsive and responsible bidder. The bid was opened on October 14 2011 at 11:00 am. We received four bids for this project. Staff is recommending that the City Council award the bid to Boggs Paving as the lowest and responsive and responsible bidder for the items that the City had requested in the bid.
