Reconsideration of an ordinance amending Chapter 10, Buildings and Building Regulations, of the Code of the City of Rock Hill concerning the International Property Maintenance Code and the International Existing Building Code.

These items involve reconsidering second reading then adopting the above codes. The changes are to add certain provisions related to more clearly defined precautions and procedures for boarding up structures and to further correct certain fee schedule citations. These additions were inadvertently left out of the previous draft submitted by the City Attorney’s office.
