Title

Body

The applicant is requesting the rezoning in order to facilitate future commercial development on the property.  The applicant has no specific development proposal at this time.  The Planning Commission recommended approval of LC zoning only for the northernmost portion of the property at their October meeting.  See attached staff report for more information.
