Title

An ordinance amending Chapter 11, Businesses, of the Code of the City of Rock Hill for on time payment of business license fees. 

Body

This ordinance will provide a temporary, declining reduction in business license rates billed by the City of Rock Hill.  The ordinance reduces the rate 15% for the Fiscal Year beginning July 1, 2011.  It is the first of a three-year plan to reduce the rate 10% next year (FY 2013), and 5% the following year (FY 2014).  Staff recommends approval of this item.
