The city owned property is located @ 501 South Wilson Street, Tax ID # 5981902001. This is a very small parcel, about 0.11 acres. It was a former electrical substation that powered the down town area before the electrical service was upgraded.
The Rock Hill Housing Authority is the surrounding property owner and would like to utilize and maintain this space. Staff can't foresee any use for this parcel and recommends transfer of ownership to the Rock Hill Housing Authority.
