This ordinance will enact the amendments to the Old Town Boundary Map as recommended by the Planning Commission.
As requested, staff has provided a revised version of the proposed Old Town map (attached). It has been modified since first reading (a) to remove the parcels north of Ebenezer Road that the Planning Commission recommended excluding from Old Town and (b) to properly reflect the existing Old Town boundary in the areas that are not part of the proposed map amendment.
