Title

An Ordinance to amend Chapter 29, Utilities, of the Code of the City of Rock Hill concerning Sewer Rates.

Body

This ordinance will raise Water Rates 5% to fund capital projects in our utilities system.  This increase is the last Wastewater Rate Increase in our Capital Projects plan that was first proposed in 2006. Staff recommends approval of this item.
