Receive report concerning amendments to the Riverwalk Municipal Improvement District Assessment Report and Assessment Roll.

At the August 10 meeting of City Council, Council adopted an ordinance authorizing the creation of the Riverwalk Municipal Improvement District. The ordinance included Exhibit A - Assessment Report and Exhibit B - Assessment Roll. In written reports and staff presentations it was noted that certain changes had been made in the ordinance between first and second readings, including changes to Exhibit A and Exhibit B. The ordinance stated that additional changes are possible in Exhibit A and Exhibit B until a final public hearing that is scheduled for September 28. City Council asked that a report be made at the August 24 meeting regarding the changes that have bee made to Exhibit A and Exhibit B. Thad Wilson of Municap, a financial consultant employed by the Greens of Rock Hill, LLC will present this information and answer questions.
