On November 22, 2011, bids were opened for the construction of the River Park Trail and Entrance project.  Six bids were received.  Staff recommends awarding the project to Granite Contracting, Inc. for the amount of $167,371.50.  The funding sources for this project include $74,823.54 from FY2011 Hospitality Tax funding,  $60,000 from Red River Tax Increment funding and a request for reallocation of $32,547.96 from FY2010 Hospitality Tax funding which was originally for this same project.
