Review and consider approval of agreement between the City of Rock Hill and the American Bicycle Association.

The City of Rock Hill is seeking assistance from the American Bicycle Association (ABA) to design and construct a BMX/Supercross Track to be located at the Rock Hill Outdoor Center. The company will also provide additional services including but not limited to ramp design, delivery and installation, staff training, volunteer recruitment, marketing and programming assistance. The ABA also provides insurance for pre-approved programs and events. The PRT Department is requesting $50,000.00 in reallocation of funds from the Local Hospitality Tax Funds to support this project. The Hospitality Tax funds are from unspent allocations from fiscal year 2010 and are currently undesignated.
