In order to provide airport tenants a means to have their aircraft serviced by independent aircraft mechanics, the Airport Commission, through its Regulatory Review Committee and City Attorney, has developed a proposed change to the Airport Regulations & Minimum Standards. In addition to a modification to the regulations that specifically allows this practice, two service agreements, one each for the tenant and independent service provider, would be executed prior to commencing such service.
