Body

The creation of the Riverwalk Municipal Improvement District has been proposed as a tool for financing public improvements to serve the former Celanese Acetate site, now known as Riverwalk.  SC law requires that a public hearing be held as part of the process for establishing the municipal improvement district.  This hearing has been advertised in accordance with SC law.  A copy of the draft Improvement Plan for the Riverwalk Municipal Improvement District is attached.
