Consider a Resolution adopting the City of Rock Hill Personnel Resolution.

The Personnel Resolution is examined in its entirety every 5 years by the City's labor attorneys. This allows the City an annual discount on the worker's compensation premiums. The amendments reflected in the 2009 Personnel Resolution update were reviewed with the City Council at the May 28, 2009 budget workshop.
