Consider revisions to Rules of Procedure for the Rock Hill City Council Meetings.

Revised rules of procedure for Council meetings are up for consideration.  The revised rules allow for participation by members of Council by telephone under limited circumstances, clarifies how items may be placed on the agenda, and sets forth a procedure whereby citizens wishing to speak must register prior to the beginning of the session with their name, address and subject matter.
