Consider Planning Commission recommendation regarding petition M-2009-21 by the Rock Hill Board of Historic Review to amend the zoning ordinance of the City of Rock Hill by making certain changes to the text and official zoning map by removing the (YH) Historic Overlay District zoning upon approximately 0.24 acres located at 327 W. Main Street. Tax parcel 598-13-04-006.
