Second reading and adoption of an Ordinance to amend Chapter 29, Utilities, of the Code of the City of Rock Hill concerning Electric Rates. 

Body

This ordinance will raise Electric Rates 4% to partially cover our 6.7% Purchased Power Increase.  This will increase our average residential customer's monthly bill $4.20.  Staff recommends approval of this item.
