Title

An Ordinance to amend Chapter 2, Administration, Article I, In General, of the Code of the City of Rock Hill to allow City Manager authority to reorganize departments. 

Body

This Ordinance will allow the City to be divided into departments by the City Manager without the necessity of changing the ordinance with each reorganization. The current ordinance lists all the departments. The new ordinance will not. The City Manager and City Attorney recommend approval of this ordinance.
