Council has been asked to consider amendments to the Purchase, Sale and Leaseback Agreement between the City of Rock Hill and Winthrop University approved by Council on October 11, 2010. The purpose of the amendments is to clarify and make certain changes to such Agreement per suggestions of the State Budget and Control Board. This item relates to property located on Columbia Avenue and Cherry Road. Please see the attached agreement.
