Consider Planning Commission recommendation regarding Petition T-2011-03 by Rock Hill Planning Commission to amend the Zoning Ordinance affecting Article 2: Administration, in relation to administrative procedures and stormwater standards

Body
The proposed amendments would eliminate sections that refer to procedures that we do not use, increase compliance with state law, make the development process easier for applicants and staff, and update the stormwater management processes in compliance with state and federal law. The Planning Commission recommended approval of the amendments at their November meeting. See attached staff report for more information.
