Second reading and adoption of an Ordinance amending Chapter 11, Businesses, of the Code of the City of Rock Hill for on time payment of business license fees. 

Body

This ordinance will provide a temporary reduction in business license rates billed by the City of Rock Hill.  The ordinance reduces the rate 10% for the Fiscal Year beginning July 1, 2012.  Staff recommends approval of this item.
