Body

This ordinance will enact the amendments to the PUD zoning for the property at Ebenezer Village as recommended by the Planning Commission.

As requested by Council at the November 28 meeting, staff has prepared the attached comparison of the existing and proposed building design standards.  In areas where there are notable differences between the standards, the contrasting standards are shown in red text.
