An Ordinance to Amend Chapter 29, Utilities, of the Code of the City of Rock Hill concerning Electric Rates. 

Body

This ordinance will provide for a 5.3% across the board electric rate increase to cover our 5.3% PMPA rate increase.  Staff recommends approval of the rate increase.
