(Strategic Goal: Develop a process and provide for coordinated expansion of the City's infrastructure that increases service levels and accommodates growth.)

1)  Site preparation work in the amount of $1,063,623 to Sutton Construction, Inc. of Rock Hill.

2)  Pavement work in the amount of $1,578,367 to Granite Contracting, LLC of Charlotte, N.C.

3)  Utilities work in the amount of $893,650 to Showalter Construction Co., Inc. of Concord, N.C. (York, S.C. plant).

4)  Consider approval for an amount not to exceed $31,200,800 for the new Operations Center, including road improvements.</description><pubDate>Fri, 18 Jan 2019 16:35:42 GMT</pubDate></item></channel></rss>
